SHIPPING
NZ orders are shipped via courier and are delivered with 2-4 Working Days (Mon-Fri). following dispatch from Herbal Creations.
Please note that orders placed on a Friday will be made up on the Friday and will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping prices are valid for deliveries within New Zealand only.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please advise us immediately if there is any damage to the package you recieve, and retain the goods for courier inspection.
You are not obliged to accept obviously damaged goods. The courier should retain these for inspection purposes.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Certain items cannot be shipped internationally. We will notify you if an order cannot be shipped to you.
Shipping Prices are valid for New Zealand deliveries only.
If you require shipping to international destinations, a separate quote for shipping costs will be e-mailed to you.
